1. Overview
VTubeMe ("we", "our", "the Service") is operated by VTubeMe. By accessing or using vtubeme.com you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service Description
VTubeMe allows users to create photorealistic 3D avatars in VRM format from selfie photos. Avatars are generated using the MetaPerson Creator SDK. Users can preview avatars for free and purchase downloads for a one-time fee.
3. Accounts
You must sign in with a Google or Discord account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Payments & Pricing
Avatar downloads are sold as one-time purchases at the price displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. All prices include applicable taxes. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
5. Refund Policy
Since avatar files are delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or using your avatar, please contact us at support@vtubeme.com within 14 days of purchase. We will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. The generated 3D avatar files (VRM, GLB) are yours to use, including for commercial purposes such as streaming, content creation, and social media. You may not resell avatar files as-is or redistribute the underlying 3D model data in bulk.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload photos of other people without their consent; use the Service to create deceptive or harmful content; attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service; violate any applicable laws.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded photos are used solely for avatar generation and are not shared with third parties.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
