VTuber model maker — a rigged VRM from one selfie
VTubeMe is an AI VTuber model maker: upload a selfie and it builds a photorealistic 3D model of you, already rigged for face tracking, as a VRM file that VSeeFace, Warudo and VNyan open directly. No 3D model, no modelling, no rigging on your side.
What the maker makes
A VTuber model is the character that stands in for you on stream. This maker produces one as a VRM — the open 3D avatar format VTubing apps load — with the face reconstructed from your photo, a full body, and a rig that makes the model follow your head, eyes and mouth. A GLB of the same avatar comes with it for Blender, Unity and game engines.
Rigged, not static
54 bones and 66 face morphs, so webcam or iPhone face tracking moves the model.
Looks like you
The face is built from your selfie — a photorealistic likeness, not an anime preset.
Opens in VTubing apps
Standard VRM 0.x, loaded as-is by VSeeFace, Warudo, VNyan, 3tene and VMagicMirror.
How it works — three steps
- 1
Upload one selfie
A front-facing photo from your phone or gallery is all the maker needs. No scan, no depth camera, no reference sheet and no 3D model of your own.
- 2
AI builds and rigs the model
The face is reconstructed in 3D from the photo and fitted to a full body. The model arrives rigged — 54 bones and 66 face morphs — so it tracks your head, eyes and mouth in a VTubing app instead of standing still.
- 3
Style it, then download the VRM
Hair, outfit, eye colour and skin tone are picked in the browser editor; a clothing texture can be generated from a text description. Making and editing is free. Downloading the VRM + GLB files is a one-time $7.99 per avatar (lifetime access), and you can re-edit and re-download later at no extra cost.

Common questions
Is the VTuber model maker free?
Making the model and editing it in the browser is free, with no time limit and no subscription. Downloading the file — the VRM plus a GLB of the same avatar — is a one-time $7.99 per avatar with lifetime access: you can come back, change the hair or outfit and download it again at no extra cost.
How long does it take to make a VTuber model?
A few minutes. The 3D model is generated from the selfie in under a minute, styling takes as long as you want to spend on hair and clothes, and the VRM export usually finishes in under two minutes. Setting up a VTubing app afterwards is another ten to fifteen minutes the first time.
Do I need a 3D model or any 3D skills?
No. The maker starts from a photo, not from a model: the 3D head, the body, the skeleton and the face morphs are all built for you. You do not model, sculpt, rig or weight-paint anything. If you already have a 3D character as an FBX, GLB or Blender file, that is a different job — the converter turns it into a VRM.
Which VTuber apps does the model work in?
The file is a standard VRM 0.x. VSeeFace, Warudo, VNyan, 3tene and VMagicMirror open it directly, and face tracking from a webcam or iPhone drives the model's expressions there. VRChat needs the model uploaded through Unity like every VRChat avatar. VTube Studio is Live2D-only and does not load VRM or any other 3D model, so it is not on the list.
Is the model 2D or 3D?
3D. The maker produces a VRM — a rigged 3D avatar that turns its head, looks around and lip-syncs from face tracking. It does not make 2D Live2D models or PNGtubers. The style is photorealistic: the face is a reconstruction of your own, not an anime drawing, which is the difference from VRoid Studio.
Can I edit the model later?
Yes. The avatar stays in your account. Reopen it in the editor, change the hair, outfit, accessories or colours, and download a fresh VRM — the download you paid for once covers every later version of that avatar.
