Where can I get a free VNyan avatar?
VNyan loads any VRM, so any free VRM is a free VNyan avatar. VTubeMe's catalogue has 304 — four photorealistic models and 300 stylized CC0 ones — as standard VRM 0.x, no account needed; pick one, download the .vrm and open it in VNyan's avatar loader. The CC0 avatars differ in what their faces can do (blink, lip sync, emotions), and each model's page says which.
I loaded my VRM but VNyan shows an empty scene
The model almost certainly loaded — VNyan sometimes places a freshly imported VRM outside the visible area, usually below it, so the scene looks empty. Drag upward in the viewport to pull the avatar into frame, then re-center it. This is a known VNyan positioning quirk with VRM files in general, not a problem with the file itself: if the avatar previews correctly in our VRM viewer, it is fine.
